Gay community. I want to start by saying that hiring a real estate professional based solely on their being gay is not necessarily the best way to choose your Realtor. Knowing that your real estate professional is experienced and knowledgeable is very important. Having worked as a loan originator and now a Realtor in West Pasco I have the experience and knowledge you want in a real estate professional as well as my being gay.
You want to work with a real estate professional who understands the dynamic of your gay relationship and you want to feel comfortable with your Realtor. You don't need to be "friends" or "roommates" when working with me. You can be open and honest and proud of who you are when you hire me as your real estate professional.
You want a Realtor who understands your concerns with
being accepted in your new neighborhood. You want a Realtor who can explain the different ways you can take title as a gay couple. I can explain and help you with these concerns and assist you in making the right decisions regarding your home purchase.
Selling your home as a gay couple may have you feeling
a little uneasy. Will the buyers know and not want to buy your house? Will they offer less money because we're gay? Will no one buy my home because we're gay? Calm Down. Breath and leave all of those concerns with me. We will walk through your home and during the "de-cluttering" process we will discuss which pictures or chach-kis need to get packed away and ready for the big move. With anyone who is selling a home I recommend you take down all personal items and photos so they don't distract your potential buyers from seeing your home and how wonderful it is. Removing your personality from the home allows the buyers to see their personality in the home.
Feel free to contact me anytime to discuss buying or selling a home. I feel that helping fellow members of the gay community to buy and sell real estate is a part of my business that will help further our equality and acceptance.
