Your "Tech Savvy" Real Estate Agent is a Benefit to You

Having a "Tech Savvy" real estate agent who has a firm
knowledge of technology is a benefit to you when selling or buying a home.  Your "tech savvy" real estate agent can process paperwork faster and provide you with better marketing materials in a shorter time than an agent who does not know how to use today's technology to provide you with better customer service.  you may not need to use all of the technology that is out there, but you should know if your real estate professional is capable of using the latest technology that the "tech savvy" agent uses on a daily basis.  Here are a few things that your real estate professional should be able to use properly.

Electronic Signature Software - You may not need to sign any paperwork electronically but what about your buyer or seller?  Often times in Florida we have home buyers or sellers who are relocating from another state.  Should any paperwork need to be signed after the initial contract is executed, you will want to know if your real estate professional has the capability to get documents signed electronically.

Photo Editing Software - The number one priority when
selling your home is to have stellar photos.  Buyers look at photos online as well as virtual tours and you will want to know if your real estate agent has photo editing software that can enhance the photos of your home so they look as good as possible.  A home for sale with bad photos will get less showings because the buyers will pass on seeing the home based solely on the photos they see online and in print advertising.

Paperless or Cloud Document Storage - You will want to know how your agent will store and file your paperwork electronically.  Agents who are "paperless" are more efficient and can send and receive documents from anywhere.  Paperless agents have access to your file from any computer, on any smartphone and any tablet.  Just five minutes ago I received and sent a WDO (Termite Inspection) to my buyers lender while I was online at the local Publix supermarket picking up lunch. If your agent is paperless, they are more efficient.

Blogging and Search Engine Optimization - Search
Engine Optimization or "SEO" is one's ability to be found by internet search engines.  Google your potential agents and see what you find.  95% of home buyers start their search online and you will want an agent who is attracting potential home buyers.  Blogging is important for you when selling your home.  Agents who blog about their customers homes get those homes in front of more buyers.
Tech Savvy agents like myself have multiple blogs on multiple websites to maximize the exposure of our customers homes. If you are not sure if this is important I would like to point out that you are reading a blog right now that you found through a search engine.

Please contact me online to discuss your real estate needs in New Port Richey, Port Richey and Trinity Florida.  I am your local residential sales specialist in western Pasco county Florida and I am here to help you and your family in any way possible.
