Florida Luxury Realty Training - Free Education with Florida Luxury Realty

Florida Luxury Realty training is always free and open to any and all real estate professionals wishing to further their career.  One does not have to be a Florida Luxury Realty associate to attend, we have guests attend your FLR training classes from Keller Williams, Re/Max and Coldwell Banker as well as non licensees interested in starting a career in real estate.

Today I will be instructing associates on ways to run a more
successful real estate business in 2014. We will be discussing how to create a daily plan of action, how we can use technology to create lead generating databases for expired listings, for sale by owners and your farm area.  We will discuss accountability and the importance of time blocking to get all of your tasks completed. We will also discuss scripts and dialog as well as how to prepare for adding an administrative assistant to your business.

Florida Luxury Realty is much more than a local real estate brokerage.  I have found since moving the FLR from a big box company that this firm is run like a big franchise but there is a greater sense of friendship and camaraderie and we truly feel like a big family who is here to help and support each other and we don't have to pay required franchise fees or large portions of our commission to the broker.

If you are a real estate professional in Pasco, Pinellas or
Hillsborough counties in Florida and you have been thinking about moving your business to a brokerage firm that believes in education, family, friendship and paying the associates a very generous commission; Florida Luxury Realty may be a great fit for you. Offices in Port Richey, Trinity and Bellair Bluffs Clearwater. Contact me anytime to discuss a career with Florida Luxury Realty.

If you or someone you know is in need of a local real estate expert who possesses the experience and education needed to assist homeowners in today's market, contact me.
