Low supply and high demand is causing homes not only to sell faster but at a higher price than last year. We are seeing a considerable difference in price over last year. Looking at homes in Port Richey Florida in the Embassy Hills & Regency Park neighborhoods there are still amazing deals to be had. However homes selling this spring are selling for more than the same model home did last spring.
