I'm sure you have seen homes online with poor photos and I bet it left you with a negative impression. My job is to make sure that does not happen when buyers are looking at your home online. We may decide that your home needs a professional photographer and if that is the case, we will hire one.  While on the subject, I would like to address drone photos.  While they are cool and the newest thing, I see many homes that expire without selling that had drone photos. We prefer to spend the drone fee in more photos of your home to get you the best photo gallery possible.

Briar Oaks Community in Hudson Florida - Homes by Lennar

The Gulfside Team was out and about again checking in on new construction homes in our area.  This stop was to Briar Oaks in Hudson Florida. Briar Oaks in located off of US 19 in Hudson just north of the US19/Little Rd.
