How Do You Know You're Hiring the Right Florida Real Estate Agent

Selling your home in today's market takes consistent and
constant marketing to attract quality, qualified buyers to your home.  Hiring the right real estate agent for the job of selling your home is important to you and your family to reach your goals and move forward.  You have many choices in real estate agents in New Port Richey and Trinity Florida and selecting the right real estate agent to hire may seem like a daunting task.  It does not have to be. I want to share with you my top questions to ask when interviewing real estate agents for the job of selling your home.

Here are a few questions to ask your potential agent:

What marketing do you do outside of the MLS? - you will
want an agent that will provide you with a virtual tour, open house, direct mail marketing and email advertising of your home.  It does take more than the MLS to sell a home.

Ask to see current or past MLS advertisements. - you will want to see how capable they are of writing an alluring and catchy description of your home and community. Agents with one or two lines that tell you the number of bedrooms and bathrooms may not have the ability to properly write a description of your home.

Ask about their grasp of technology. - today's real estate
business is driven by current technology. Does the agent have the ability to have documents signed electronically? Do they advertise their listings on the internet and in blogs? Do they have a system to handle buyer inquiries on your home and feedback after your showing appointments?

If you or someone you know is interested in selling a home in New Port Richey or Trinity Florida, Contact Me for your no obligation real estate consultation so you can decide if I am the right agent for you and your family.  I have assisted homeowners just like you to sell their homes and move forward in reaching their goals.
